Question 1. What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when the managers will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The office hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Office is closed on Sunday and all major holidays. The gate hours are the hours your rental unit can be accessed using your individual gate code. The facility gate hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm.
